free coffee great perk helpful staff
The free coffee machine was a GREAT perk. Its location near many key places such as Pigalle and Montmartre helped me explore. The staff helped me at whatever time, day or night.
The breakfast room seemed a bit small.

convenient location helpful staff complimentary beverage easy access
The location was very convenient, giving easy access to metro and bus stations, I found exploring the city convenient. The staff were great, really making the stay enjoyable for me. I appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and croissants in the lobby. The staff was available and helpful with any questions I had.
The room size was small, though this was manageable for a short stay.

Excellent stay near Montmartre!
great restaurants breakfast selection friendly staff
I REALLY loved the location. It was super close to the metro and lots of great restaurants! The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with directions or recommendations for local attractions. I particularly appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the lobby ANY time (such a nice touch!).
The elevator was quite small and a bit slow, which could be inconvenient during peak hours.

Acceptable Stay, Issues Noted
substandard sound proofing stained pillow
The location was easily accessible to different major tourist spots.
The room I occupied was not up to par. Sound proofing in the ceiling was substandard. I could distinctly hear the person moving above me throughout the night. A brown stain marked my pillow.

dirty hallway dirty bathroom
The location was convenient. Many choices were around the hotel.
I found the cleanliness lacking, particularly in the hallways. The third floor had visible dust and stains. our room was not thoroughly cleaned. I told reception about the dirt but nothing happened. the bathroom floor was dusty with hair, especially near the tiny toilet.

mixed feelings about my stay
water leaking small room
the hotel staff were friendly and the room was super clean. i found this acceptable
the room was quite small, disappointing. the shower leaked water onto the floor after each use and the price seemed high for such a small room with this issue
